I was really excited to write a review about this knife. When I opened it up and started to check it out I had to go and back and see if I ordered the wrong knife because it is just fantastic. It's always a hit or miss with these inexpensive knives and this one is absolutely a hit. The fit and finish is excellent, the action is excellent, I really like the long sweep and blade shape and if it is real G10 it's a great quality, and I say that because in a few spots it says fiberglass When You read the specifications but most of the specifications do say G10. If I had to find something negative it would be the blade was not that sharp but that's just a 10-minute fix. Otherwise everything from the centering, even the axis lock work great. I will say one other thing, the hole is kind of small to open so I actually installed an aftermarket thumb stud that you can buy from Amazon and it not only looks great but it works excellent. You really need to have this one in your pocket, especially if you wear nylon shorts like me and you need lightweight.

Took some tlc and a good sharpening but im liking this knife. Very light weight and the blade is a good slicer. Great blade for work or edc as you can't feel it in your pocket.

Terrific value!

Just my opinion, but to me, the perfect EDC blade should be light, strong, sharp and easy to maintain. My ideal blade length is between 3 and 3.5. This SRM folder checks all the boxes. It even has a cross-bar lock version of the Axis lock which is a proven, super-strong, easy to use lock that keeps my fingers out of the blade path when closing.
The dense, G10 scales dont feel cheap at all and have just the right amount of texturing to provide a secure grip. The stainless steel liners are skeletonized to relieve weight and as such, this 3.5 folder weighs in at a svelte 3.4 ounces. One ounce/inch of blade length is considered the gold standard of a well designed folder. All in all, this is a well built, well designed EDC knife at a great price!
