If a product has defects in material or function when out of box, we have 14 days free return, dating from you receiving the product, and we will cover all shipping cost.
  • Returned items must arrive in unused condition with original and undamaged manufacturer's packaging.
  • Do not attach shipping label directly to the manufacturer's packaging.

    1) To start a return

      1.1 Contact us at service@edge-outdoor.com, with photos or videos for us to preliminarily learn product condition.

      1.2 We will reply in 1 business day on how and where to send your package.

      1.3 It will cost another 2 business day for us to check your returns after receiving it.

       Please follow above steps, or the return will not be accepted.

    2) Refund
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returns, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

    • Normal abrasion, including but not limited to scratches, sharpness loss, errosion, smear, wearness, etc.

    • If a problem with a returned knife is determined not to be caused by defects in material or workmanship, we reserve the right to not accept it for warranty work or may choose to charge a fee for the repair.

    • Customer shall bear shipping costs unless products are defective, wrong.

    • Disassembly or modification of the knife will void the warranty.

    • If the knife was abused, including but not limited to prying, digging, throwing, etc.

    • Free gifts.
