Benchmade Taggedout, but Different!

Pros [+]
+ Materials, Workmanship, Fit & Finish: very good, no hot spots, blade centred
+ Grip Space: adequate without being oversize [blade/handle ratio is good]
+ Action: just as smooth as it should be — no less, no more — breaking in is absolutely not needed — to the point it worries me it will become unacceptably loose with time [however I doubt this] — out the box easily operates with all fingers but pinky in hammer grip and all [but thumb] in reverse grip!
+ Balance: 4-6mm behind crossbar slot — good
+ Blade Play: none whatsoever — time will show!
+ Lock Stick: none whatsoever
+ LIGHT both literally and figuratively — I have handled slimmer knives that both carried and [when used] felt heavier!
+ Colour: a very attractive dark[-ish] strawberry red [need to see it in person to really appreciate it], feels as it will patina gracefully with time
+ Value for Money: I view this knife as a different take on the Benchmade Taggedout with a significantly lesser steel, but at less than 33% of the price, somewhat heavier duty, also with micarta handle and better looks!

Cons [-]
- Tool-less Pocket Clip: good idea, but it feels a bit flimsy and has some play — if it was 1mm wider, 0.5mm thicker and [therefore] stiffer, it would be sturdier and feel more reassuring, also, in my opinion, a black stonewashed wire pocket clip would be more fitting, both aesthetically and practically speaking
- Micarta is a bit creaky, edges could be better finished [smooth, but there are threads protruding here and there on the inside]
- Stop pin is rather thin, however with the smooth action this knife has it feels adequate — cannot say how well it will do in heavy use [which this knife is not meant for]
