About Credit Card May Be Surcharged by Its Issuing Bank

Dear customers,

 

We learnt that there would be a rare situation, in which a credit card may be surcharged by 1~3 Euros by their issuing banks.

We contacted with our banks and was told that such a fee would be taken by the bank who issued the credit card when the card was used in trans-region or trans-system payment, according to specific policy of issuing banks. 

In payment page, please notify if you are being surcharged before click the "pay" button while using a credit card.

EO didn't and won't surcharge customers forever and has NO liability for such a bank fee. Hope your understanding.
